The project offers European enterprises the opportunity to enlarge the perspectives of their business toward Asian markets. The first activity within the project is the analysis of the food sector in the Asian partner countries followed by two important partnership events :
1. Event in Italy  - organized between 17 - 20 March, 2008 in Parma , with the participation of about 100 companies from Italy, Hungary and Slovenia who will meet 50 Asian companies.
2. Event in China - foreseen for October 2008 in the region of Shaanxi ( X'ian city ), with the participation of around 100 Asian companies from China, Mongolia and Vietnam who will meet 45 European companies.

These meetings will be supported by specific promotion activities and by follow-up to maximize the results of partnership between the European and Asian companies. On the occasion of the partnership events two workshops will also be organized in the following topics :  food technologies and food safety for the first and protection of intellectual property for the second workshop.
