Innovation and the ability to be creative are considered an essential driver for development and economical recovering. The aim of the project is to spread the culture of innovation and creativity adopting tools and methodologies developed by the Dutch organization, New Shoes Today.
SQARE: Principles, methods and procedures (PMPs) for comparing sectoral qualification levels
Six occupations in selected companies from six European countries and industries will be examined according to EQF parameters with two objectives. First, the competences that can be attained at school will be compared with the competences that are on-the-job-requirements. Second, the learning outcomes of vocational training will be compared with the learning outcomes of a corresponding bachelor degree course with the aim of avoiding a duplication of qualifications.
